Please fill out the form below, and we will ensure that your tickets are included in the drawing on the day of the event.

Once you purchase your tickets, at Donor Box, we will fill out your tickets for you.

You do not have to be present to win.

We have printed only 1,000 tickets. Therefore, your odds of winning are based only on the number of tickets that you purchase. Since there are six prizes, the chance of winning one is great!

Tickets are one for $5 and 5 for $20.

Step 2: To complete your purchase, solve the math problem and then click “Submit and Pay” at the end of the form. You will be taken to our account at DonorBox. Thank you!

You may even purchase for a friend or relative.

If you are purchasing these tickets for a friend or relative, then please fill out their name below, and this name will appear on the raffle ticket, and their name will be called out at the event.
